How do I receive a copy of a client's Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

A copy of each Certificate of Insurance (COI) where the venue is listed as an additional insured or certificate holder is automatically emailed to the venue with a copy of the certificate permanently stored within the Venue's Online Vensura account.
